Mila Mogilevsky, D.O.
Currently, Dr. Mogilevsky treats a wide array of chronic pain conditions and performs interventional procedures ranging from epidural injections to spinal cord stimulators and vertebral augmentation. Apart from traditional treatment options, Dr. Mogilevsky uses regenerative medicine to optimize her patients’ treatment outcomes.

Mohammad Aalai, M.D.
Dr. Aalai attended Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and majored in Biomedical Engineering. After his undergraduate training Dr. Aalai worked at Johns Hopkins University performing research focusing on clinically therapeutic measures and outcomes.
Dr. Aalai performed his general surgical training at Pinnacle Health hospitals in Pennsylvania. Subsequently he began his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation training in Brooklyn at One Brooklyn Health, recognized world wide for their rehabilitation programs. He has presented at numerous conferences, wining awards for his original research.
Dr. Aalai is active in the community and has performed civil service through the Boy Scouts of America including countless hours of volunteering as well as coaching boys club athletics and counseling troubled inner city youth. His volunteer efforts also include participating in medical treatment for NYC marathon contestants and helping to design board preparation material for doctors in training.
Dr. Aalai is a caring and compassionate Pain Management Specialist who will take the time to listen to your problem and will find the perfect treatment in order to make you pain free and active again!
Yuliya Paritskaya, PA-C
Yuliya Paritskaya, PA-C, MS, is a nationally certified Physician Assistant specializing in interventional pain management and rehabilitation medicine. Yuliya received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Stony Brook University, followed by Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Touro College. She completed her physician assistant training and received a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant studies from Touro College in 2011.
Yuliya received an in-depth training in ultrasound-guided joint injections, as well as trigger point injections. She is also a certified Botox injector for migraine headaches and holds active BLS and ACLS certificates.
She has prior experience in Emergency Medicine working at a major trauma center in Brooklyn, New York, and has joined Unique Pain Medicine team in 2015.
She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) And New York State Society of Physician Assistants (NYSSPA) and is actively involved in educating students and residents rotating in our facility.
Yuliya believes in building a rapport with patients so they feel supported. “We try to build a trusting relationship between the patient and provider in our practice” says Yuliya. “My goal is to educate our patients so they thoroughly understand their diagnosis and treatment plans, and feel truly cared for, not just as a patient, but as a whole person”.
In her leisure time, Yuliya enjoys photography, event planing and travel.
Armando Iannicello, M.D.
Dr. Armando Iannicello is an experienced and highly regarded Pain Management Specialist. He completed his residency at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He also completed a Pain Management fellowship with extensive training on treating spine, neck, and musculoskeletal disorders.
Dr. Iannicello has joined Unique Pain Medicine and has focused on providing comprehensive, individualized care of all painful conditions. He believes that every patient is unique, and should be given personalized attention in order to come up with the best treatment plan. His initial treatment focuses on getting the patient out of pain as soon as possible. He also believes that every patient should be educated on their condition and helps formulate a strategy to prevent the issue from recurring.
His training and experience allow him to utilize various techniques ranging from minimally invasive treatments that rapidly decrease inflammation to regenerative medicine options that could prevent surgery.
Dr. Iannicello has authored numerous articles, original research and book chapters related to pain management, sports medicine and cancer rehabilitation. He has presented numerous times at the AAP and AAPMR. He is an active member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (AAPMR) and the Spine Intervention Society (SIS).
Dr. Iannicello enjoys educating and spending time with patients to ensure they understand their condition and all options available to them. He also enjoys teaching residents and students.
Dr. Ianichello is originally from Canada and his family is from Italy. He is fluent in English, Italian and conversational in French.
