Dr. Mila Mogilevsky is a an accomplished and highly respected Pain Management Specialist. She is the medical director at Unique Pain Medicine, which she founded in 2010. She is also a Castle Connolly Top Doctor. In her practice, the focus is solely on the patient as an individual. Every patient is given personalized attention, which allows Dr. Mogilevsky to develop a specific and optimal treatment plan for each patient. Dr. Armando Iannicello is a highly regarded Pain Management Specialist. He completed his residency at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He also completed a Pain Management fellowship with extensive training on treating spine, neck, and musculoskeletal disorders.
Dr. Iannicello has joined Unique Pain Medicine and has focused on providing comprehensive, individualized care of all painful conditions. He believes that every patient should be given personalized attention in order to come up with the best treatment plan. His initial treatment focuses on getting the patient out of pain as soon as possible. He also believes that every patient should be educated on their condition and helps formulate a strategy to prevent the issue from recurring.
His training and experience allow him to utilize various techniques ranging from minimally invasive treatments that rapidly decrease inflammation to regenerative medicine options that could prevent surgery.

Dr. Iannicello enjoys educating and spending time with patients to ensure they understand their condition and all options available to them. He also enjoys teaching residents and students. Dr. Iannicello is originally from Canada and his family is from Italy.
Dr. Steven Mann is a Pain Medicine specialist whose main goal is to alleviate pain and restore his patients functional ability.
Dr. Mann was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He received his preliminary training in Internal Medicine through Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. He followed that by completing a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, where he served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Mann utilizes a multi modal approach in order to tailor an individualized treatment plan for all his patients. He specializes in the latest state-of-the-art non-operative treatments for chronic neck pain, back pain, sciatica, joint pain, and nerve pain. He is proficient in electrodiagnosis (EMG) as well as the use of ultrasound. His particular areas of interest include the use of regenerative therapy and neuromodulation in the treatment of chronic pain.
Dr. Mann has authored multiple book chapters pertaining to pain medicine and has presented extensively at national conferences. Dr. Mann is an active member of the Spine Intervention Society, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, Interventional Orthopedics Foundation, North American Neuromodulation Society, and the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
In his spare time, Dr. Mann enjoys playing basketball, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Highly regarded for his resourceful medical skills and strong interpersonal relationships with patients, Dr. Michael Schechter obtained his medical degree at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harlem, New York, and completed his Internal Medicine residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in theBronx. Dr. Schechter then went on to Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine where he completed a fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine. To further his medical knowledge and training after working at CityMD, Dr. Schechter achieved a second fellowship in Pain Management.
Dr. Schechter’s extensive training and experience in multiple specialties allows him to see the complete picture of each individual patient. His focus is not only on the pain but the underlying cause and contributing factors from other areas of the body. His greatest achievement is seeing patients exceed their own expectations by performing activities they never thought they could do again.
Dr. Schechter uses multiple modalities to achieve this goal including corticosteroid injections for the spine and joints, radiofrequency ablation, as well as regenerative medicine . With his unique training in both Sports Medicine and Pain Management, Dr. Schechter is well versed in all areas of musculoskeletal medicine.
